How to schedule your return pickup
Getting started with WOW GLOBAL is simple. Just follow these easy steps to arrange your store return.
Step 1: Fill out our online form
The very first step is to complete our quick and easy online form. This helps us gather all the necessary details for your return.
Step 2: Prepare your item
Ensure your item is ready for pickup. Have the return receipt readily available with your item. Please note, items must be transportable in a standard SUV and weigh 100 lbs or less.
Step 3: We handle the rest
Once your form is submitted and the item is ready, WOW GLOBAL will promptly pick it up and return it to the store for you.
*There is a $10 charge for this service. Your residence and the return store must be located in Madison County.
Notice: WOW GLOBAL does not accept cash returns. We only accept returns that will automatically process back to your card or digital wallet. Photo proof of your return will be available upon completion.
